The CIty

Regarding the Sense-City large-scale research facility, the SII laboratory designs the cyber-physical infrastructure of the city of tomorrow, providing a testbed for industrial partners developing and validating their concepts at the scale of this “mini-city.” SII is a major contributor to the instrumentation of the Sense-City mini-city, both through the design of the instrumentation network itself and through the selection and installation of a wide range of physicochemical sensors.

**Contribution to and support for public policies on the city’s energy transition.** In particular, through Efficacity, SII contributes to discussions on the instrumentation of several energy demonstrators and will participate in their implementation in 2017, including the Grand Paris Urban Railway Stations, eco-districts, and the La Défense district.
