Connected and Autonomous Vehicles and New Mobility Solutions: application of SII’s expertise in the R5G project and at experimental
autonomous vehicle sites, such as SCOOP in Brittany.
Contributing, through the facilities of IFSTTAR Nantes and the VERT reference vehicle, to the qualification of satellite-based geolocation
systems for automated driving.
Act as the scientific interface within IFSTTAR for vehicle positioning and geolocation in national projects (such as SCOOP) and international
projects (C-ROADS) funded by DG MOVE, in collaboration with key stakeholders, including the Ministry’s Intelligent Transport Mission,
automotive manufacturers, DIRIF, DIRO, motorway operators, and cities.
NFI Infrastructure Working Group – Workshop on Static and Dynamic HD Mapping for Connected and Autonomous Vehicles
Working to validate the feasibility of autonomous driving in terms of the road’s serviceability limit state, based on data collected from sensors
embedded in the vehicles themselves and from dedicated road condition assessment campaigns.
